American Well & Friends

Last week at AHIP American Well put on a session with several of their clients talking about online care. I grabbed American Well CEO Roy Schoenberg and also his clients Mary-Ann Stump of BCBS Minnesota and Rob Webb of Optum Health Care Solutions. I asked them why they were so keen on this system, and also put the tough question to Roy of whether online care justified Gartner's forecast (let alone the hype!).
